Please feel free to browse our website for any essentials and play needs you may have. Each product has an indicated estimated shipping date to ensure you are aware of the availability of each item.

We have also adopted a new delivery method, called “Front Door Delivery”. This is sent using 3rd party riders to ensure you receive your products the soonest possible time.

When can I expect my orders to be fulfilled?

While browsing and upon checkout, you will be able to see estimated shipping dates for your selected product. We will consolidate the items as much as possible and if we have questions, we will confirm your order via Viber/ Text/ Email to ensure proper delivery.

Some of the items are in our Shangri-la store, which is currently closed. If stock is in this location, we will ship them to you immediately after ECQ is lifted.

ECQ has been extended. When do I receive my order?

We will be doing our best to fulfill all orders asap. However, there may be some items that can only be fulfilled when government lifts ECQ. We will be reaching out to those who have orders to be fulfilled after ECQ, but please contact us in case you haven’t heard from us. This may take time due to skeletal workforce.

What are the different shipping options that you have?

Metro Manila

There are 4 options for delivery:

  • Front Door Delivery – we will book 3rd party riders to deliver your goods.
  • Flat Rate – we will ship via courier like LBC.
  • Pick up – Warble Shangri-la – you may opt to pick up the item in store once ECQ is lifted.

Provincial

All orders will be processed via Flat Rate – shipped via LBC.
